I must say the seller is very responsible. He/she follows up to ask about the malfunction watch that I bought for about 2 months and replaced a new one to me once it’s confirmed that the watch is malfunctioned. The seller has a very high customer service standard. I’m glad that my problem was solved.

Got this for my daughter as one of her Christmas presents, she got the biggest smile on her face when she opened it and seen it only takes it off when it needs charged or she's taking a shower or swimming

We didn’t want to set this watch up to a phone and couldn’t even get the time to reflect the accurate time. My child was only wanting to use it for for the fitness things and the time and she wasn’t able to do that. She was quite disappointed with this purchase, but couldn’t find the charging cord to return it so she’s going to have to keep it. We would gladly change this to a 5-star review if we receive a good solution from the seller so she would be happy w this watch.

I got this for my son who has had the Garmin Jr for years. Since he is older now (12) and has shown he can take care of things I figured this would be great rather than spending money on something like an Apple Watch. Overall, the watch isn't bad and has a lot of functions (very similar to name brand smart watches) but my biggest complaint (and his) is that it doesn't show/track the heart rate without entering the "Heart rate" watch screen. It's not a big deal, but definitely annoying. Overall though, it is a good watch for pre-teens to see how they take care of it before making a larger investment on something name brand.

Just ok. We've used for 15hrs so far. We are only using the health components of this watch. Compared with a pulse ox machine, heart rate was spot on but oxygen was consistently 4-5 numbers higher than the medical pulse ox connected to my daughter. Which is fine, as long as I know to subtract about 4-5 for the real number. It does not let you set any parameters, nor does it send notification if heart/oxygen go low or high. I thought this would continuously send the info to my phone, but it only updates my phone when I am near her. We were really wanting this for while she's at school. So that stinks that I can't be away from her and still monitor. Weight tracking only goes as low as 60lbs. My 12 yr old is 56 lbs, so she can't use that function, which was important to us as weight is something we track closely and she was excited to monitor her growth herself. We could not get it to record her sleep stats accurately. I even messed with it while she was sleeping trying to get it to activate her sleep, but it wouldn't. And then when it finally did, it was not accurate. (Saying she was awake at times I know for sure she was dead asleep. This morning, we can't get the oxygen readings to transfer to the app on my phone. Also, she's been sitting playing ipad in her bed and has clocked 882 steps while sitting in bed playing ipad. The watch is on her non-dominant hand. So like I said...it's just ok. For the cheap price, I wasn't expecting an apple watch, but at the same time, I was hoping it would be something reliable that I could monitor her from a distance with. She's in love with her "apple watch" so I won't be returning it, but it's just "meh"... Also, there were shipping issues and we did not get it in time. We received it four days after it was supposed to come. It came to our town and then went back to distributing center so not sure what happened.

love it the battery last a while and love all the features

This was given as a gift to a young lady. She installed the app on her phone and was using it within 15m. It does what it was intended for...phone calls, text, etc. This was a great price considering what a Samsung cost.

Montre facile a configurer, cependant cette montre n'est pas submersible. Ne pas utiliser dans l'eau sous peine de la rendre completement inutilisable. Somme toute, tres bon achat au point de vue qualité prix.

Es un reloj excelente, creo que le ponen que es para niños por los colores o por el precio. Pero es un reloj para cualquier persona en general que no le importa aparentar o gastar innecesariamente en relojes costosos. Tiene el mismo diseño, calidad y probablemente el mismo tiempo de vida que otros. Solo si te interesan los cuidados médicos busca otra opción, yo no se si sea exacto porque no tengo con que compararlo pero a mi no me interesa esas funciones.Lo regalé a una niña de 12 años y le gustó mucho, el otro que pedí lo iba a regalar a un niño pero me mandaron mal el color: pedí 2 azules y me llegó un azul y un lila (los dos lo querían azul) tuve que quedarme el lila para mi y comprar otra cosa para el niño con otro vendedor que me asegurara el color. Por eso le quito una estrella, pero en general lo demás bien. Comprénlo.
