I picked these up to test out some results that I have seen online with different studies. These have helped tremendously with clearing up some brain fog and helping me keep focus much easier. If I could take all my supplements in gummy form, I would! Chewing them is so much more fun and tasty than swallowing capsules. The mango flavor of these was especially delicious. I’ve eaten them all now(not all at once, but 2/day, as suggested) and I miss them. Fantastic way to get such a good blend of mushroom nutrients. Mushroom Gummies work well for your health! Easy to consume, and wont get messed up with accidently water. Taste is fair, and price is competitive. To start a change in your health you must start with what you consume!

They contain 10 medicinal mushrooms and are supposed to offer great health benefits. But to be honest I'm not sure if I see any difference after almost finishing a whole container. I haven't noticed any significant changes in my energy levels, stress levels, focus, brain fog or else.They taste okay. They're not too sweet and don't have bitter aftertaste. The mango flavor isn't too artificial which is good.They're vegan, so no gelatin. They're soft type of gummies and break apart easily.Not sure if I'd recommend and not sure if I'd continue consuming these.

This is what I love about gummies in that they are big enough to hold so many ingredients like this brand did. I have never personally seen 10 types of mushrooms that are in one serving. Nothing even close. One of the things about mushrooms and the health attributes that they may offer is that usually the possible benefit is not shared among the other types of mushrooms. Like more energy (may) with Cordyceps that the other mushrooms do not offer much of if any. Also common IMO is a type of mushroom that substantially leads the other mushrooms with a specific benefit like Lion's Mane for cognitive performance (may). So instead of having 10 bottles of mushroom supplements, we have this one gummy with them all in it. I really like that. I also like that the mg weight of each type of mushroom in this brand is the same at 250 mgs. Many brands skimp on some of the hard to find types of mushrooms giving you very little and a lot of the more common types. For example with Turkey Tail I like the fact it may help with blood sugar and fight bacterial infections and even though it's not as common IMO as other types, I am getting the 250mgs of it just like the others in this gummy ! I do wish this was third party tested and tested in the US/UK or Canada. At the time of this review I could not find any info on 3 party lab testing but perhaps it is. These taste great and I had no sides with these. My spouse stated that this was best gummy taste wise so far. I would definitely recommend these if they were in fact 3rd party lab tested and tested in said countries or one with regulated oversight with lab testing. These are supposed to taste like Mango which I do not like and thankfully (for me anyway) they taste like orange and they are delicious. Good Luck and hope this was helpful .
