Smart looking cupboard
Bought 2 of these which we joined together to fill a narrow space in our hall.The cupboards are for shoe storage and the open shelves for display.Assembly was straightforward but took a while.They’re excellent value for a smart sturdy cupboard.

Disappointing quality and customer service
Upon receiving the product I firstly checked all the hardware was accounted for. Upon spotting that one packet was missing I contacted customer services to be told that couldn’t just send a packet of screws but had to send a whole new cabinet. Once it arrived I actually needed multiple replacement parts from the second cabinet in order to successfully build the cabinet and multiple parts were drilled incorrectly. Once built the cabinet was incredibly wobbly, the pal Vanderbilt looked printed and overall it did not feel safe to use. I now had to return two large parcels - not to mention I had to disassemble the poor quality cabinet. I arranged collection of the parcels and so far am on my third attempt at courier collection as DPD have failed to arrive in two consecutive occasions. I am unable to receive my refund until that have successfully collected both parcels. Would not recommend.
