I bought it for my husband, he has plantar fasciitis and these are just what he needs.The sleeves are very easy to put on and take off. The velcro straps are adjustable to ensure a perfect fit, are comfortable and easy to wear, and they stay in place.Overall, my husband put these on and he says he feels like walking on clouds. I have very flat feet and have a hard time finding arch supports that don't hurt my feet or annoy me in some of my shoes. These work great and can be worn in any shoe. (even sandals if needed) I like that you can wear them over your socks so you don't have to wash them daily. I wipe them down with hand sanitizer and let them air dry every few uses. Would buy again.

It’s soft and easy to out on but I didn’t notice any change in support.I am not using it anymore.I think because the material is so soft you don’t have lasting support when weight is placed on it.
