Great for wood working
It’s great, I use it to turn on my shop vac that I have attached to a cyclone system, and when I use my table saw, it turns it on at the same timeGreat purchaseI just wish they had one with another main outlet that lets you control the vacuum with 2 machinesBut I’m super happy

Simple device that works.
I wanted a simple way to ensure my subwoofer and integrated amp would be on/off when my TV was on/off. This does exactly that. No apps. No wifi. Simple. I like it.

Replacement power strip
It seems nice. I was able to adjust the sensitivity of the "switched" outlets and it seemed to work. This had less outlets than my former power strip, so I am having to deal with that. So far, I am very happy with the new power strip.

Pretty clever and reliable way of saving power
It's essentially a smart outlet with no Wi-Fi, Alexa integration or other unreliable garbage.Do not get discouraged by the negative reviews – they come from people who couldn't figure out what this is.I plugged my TV into the control outlet, receiver and subwoofer into the green outlets and I couldn't be happier with it – it works like a charm every time and the TV remote is the only one I need now, the rest turns on/off automagically!

Did not work as described
Great idea, but poorly executed. There are 4 outlets that are supposed to be controlled by the control switch, but you can not plug 4 plugs into that you may want to control. They spaced to close to each other and you can only use 2 of them realistically. Once I got of my plugs in only one turned on when I turn on the control switch item. I turned the sensitivity all the way up and the TV kept turning off and on. Returned item.

Works great to turn subwoofer(s) on/off with receiver
I'm using this as a makeshift trigger/remote for a couple subwoofers in my living room. The subwoofers have an automatic mode, but the sensitivity is rather low, so they'd be constantly shutting off and kicking on when something heavier finally played. It was a poor experience. With this, my receiver is on the monitored outlet and the subwoofers are plugged into the dependent outlets. I was a little concerned that either the power usage of my receiver at idle would be too low to trigger the dependent outlets or standby power usage would keep it activated when off, but it worked perfectly out of the box without adjustment. Fortunately the subwoofers handle the power transition gracefully without any audible pops or noise. I thought this would be kind of a goofy solution, but it actually works perfectly.

Works just fine
Worked as described. No need to buy the $40 version from the same manufacturer unless you want the better looks and color coding.

good so far
Using it to turn a home power amplifier on when I turn on my receiver/pre-amp. This amp has a hefty current draw. It comes right on as soon as I turn on my receiver and off when I shut the receiver off. No glitches, no unexpected shut offs, it just works like it should. We will see if it can handle the amp which draws up to 7 amps.
