I ordered a 3L, received 2L. Going on a scheduled New Years Day hike and had to have a water bladder. So I can work with 2L. That is why I did not Return. I had a 3 L and then out of the blue it Started leaking . Leak must have been microscopic as I could not locate it. Osprey products are superior quality and I would Highly recommend any of their products. Since I was in a time crunch to Get a new water bladder for my hike I did not contact Osprey until I had received this one from Amazon. Their products have lifetime warranty and they sent me another water bladder FREE. So I now have a 2L and 3L for longer hikes. The bladder is excellent and I highly recommend! Easy to clean, fits exactly as should in Osprey backpack.

This was my first time buying or using a backpack-style water bag, and I went back and forth between several brands since I wasn’t familiar with any of them. Glad I landed on this one. It’s clearly designed by people who actually use these things. The layout is smart, it fit perfectly in a generic pack I picked up, and I especially love the bite plug—works perfectly and doesn’t leak. For a first-timer, this was a great pick. Super easy to fill with the squeeze wide mouth opening.

This is a great hydration size for hiking. Even if you don't fill it completely because you don't need as much water it works great. The bladder is good quality and seems durable. I like that you can remove the straw to clean which makes it easier to clean and use. Fits multiple backpacks.

Worked great for 8 days in Alaska Had no issues with leaking. Great value. Like the hard back to help slide into the hydration pouch of the backpack. Has latest well, helped me stay hydrated on long hikes,

This is well designed bladder that’s easy to fill and clean, and the quick-detach works great! However, it has a horrible plastic taste that persists despite many attempts to get rid of it, so is unusable for me. I have always loved Osprey bladders and have never had a problem with bad taste until this one.

I purchased this bladder for Skiing to match my Osprey Kamber 16 bag. It fits very nicely but the only issue is while skiing I am moving frequently/falling and the top blue closing tab is not secure. It ends up sliding off the top of the bladder. This is because I use the Osprey red connection inside my bag that lets me hook onto the bladder. Leading to the top blue closing tab staying connected, while the bladder falls lower into my bag. The water has not leaked yet but it is a little concerning that everytime I open my bag around lunch it isn't always fully closed. I have used this on 3 ski days and it has happened every day so far. This could be mitigated by a stronger locking mechanism. I am not sure if other brands solve this issue but I hope Osprey can fix that in the future. Otherwise, this bladder is great and has served its purpose. I love the ability to disconnect the hose for easy refill and it keeps me hydrated on the mountain! I am sure it is much better suited for hiking or less intensive activities.
