This tincture helps me to relax before bedtime. I like that it's organic. It has a pleasant taste and is easy to take. it's much better than taking tablets or capsules.

This lemon balm really works to make you feel sleepy and calm
This really works. It says you absorb the lemon balm in a few minutes. I would say this is true. I have been taking it a few minutes before bed for a couple weeks now and I definitely notice a difference in how I feel more relaxed and sleepy. I also like this Wild and Organic company because it is alcohol free and organic. I’ve bought other tinctures from them before and haven’t been disappointed yet.
