Broken Neck which cannot be repaired in just 10 days
The neck broke within 10 days and Kadence put the blame on me stating that this is due to not proper handling of the Guitar. The cause as per them is due to not Proper Tuning Practice and excess tension. This must be a joke right. When reached out to support, the lady made me realize that I am an idiot who spent my money on a product that is good only for 9 days and nothing more. The response in single line "Its a physical damage and we cant fix nor can be replaceable." I have a flower vase for now. Dont buy this product or any from this company.

Guitar is good for price
Reviewing the guitar after 1 week of usage: The guitar is good. Color is excellent. Guitar strings are good. Guitar bridge has a unique shape and it's super good.
