Timberland Carlsbad Loafer (Toddler/Little Kid)

Love the shoes but am having a hard time finding the correct size first pair size 12 little kid were to large but came in a plain brown box no markings and when closely inspected were damaged with the elastic web had been pulled away from the leather and stitching so had to return for an exchangeSo being to large I asked his mom what size she said go to an 11 little kid, well now I have to exchange that pair because they are to small so going for a 11-1/2 this time hopefully this pair will work for him hard to buy shoes without trying on, but these are so cute and he really likes them and thank goodness for Amazon for making it easy to return or exchange

We love this shoe -- and continue to order it as my son grows. These shoes are extremely comfortable to him and they wear very well. Make sure you order 5.5 Big Kid, not 5.5 Toddler, as I did because I was confused about the description of the size I was ordering at the time. I've ordered these shoes for several years and will continue to do so. I previously used to order a similar looking Sperry shoe, but the quality went down over the years and they looked beat up rather quickly. These Timberland shoes are very well made and last until my son has grown into the next size. Then they look good enough to donate to charity.

These are incredibly cute and seemed to work for my baby cakes. They love thier crocs but they just don't provide enough support when running around and playing all day. I find myself giving leg and feet rubs to help them fall asleep so I assumed it was the crocs. I bought these shoes and they are fabulous! They are very easy to get on and off, look great with pants and shorts, and hold up extremely well. This is the second year I've bought these and baby cakes has outgrown then long before they came close to wearing out. They looked great even after daily toddler abuse.

I have a very very picky and contrary 7 year old. He refuses to wear anything other than his tennis shoes. We bought these shoes for a wedding and of course it was a fight to get him to even try them on. However, once they were on, and he wore them to the wedding, he wants to wear them ALL THE TIME. I find this to be excellent. I am thrilled with the quality of these shoes and (if he doesn't completely wear them out) know that they will make it until they fit his brother. Excellent shoe, excellent price. can't go wrong.

My son has to wear a uniform to school and these shoes are perfect with it. They were too small and when I told him they didn't come in a bigger size, he wanted to keep them anyway! I did end up finding and buying them in a larger size and I'm sure they will last all winter long.

Nice shoes with great traction for my toddler, but they are so hard to get on. He doesn't wear them often because they are dressier, but it takes a lot of force to get his foot in there because they don't velcro or tie.

I bought this shoe one size bigger and it was still a struggle to put on every morning. We can't get this on without a shoe horn and it frustrates both me and my son to get it on. Once on it looks good so I gave 3 stars but I would not buy again. For that brand I should be getting a much more satisfying wear. Thumbs down!!

Cute sturdy boys dress/casual shoes. We got these for a wedding he was in and needed brown shoes. He was climbing on some rocks at the rehearsals dinner and scuffed these up. I bought a shoe shine sponge and they cleaned up perfect for the wedding the next day. He never complains about them being uncomfortable like he has with other shoes besides tennis shoes. The soles have good support too and good traction.
