Be aware of body sensitive aspect.
Although this is one of the most quoted and thought of acoustic pick ups on the market, you need to be aware of the body sensitive aspect before purchasing. The pick up works in such a way as to pick up the vibrations from the body of your guitar as well as the strings, somewhat like a microphone, and although it does give a very good acoustic tone because of this, it also picks up and amplifies every little knock, touch or slight tap you may make with your fingers, nails or pick anywhere on your guitar body.I had one of these fixed in an acoustic whilst playing in a band, and the bass player could hear these extra knocks etc, to such a degree that it was effecting him hearing the drum beat. I had to try and play in such an unnatural way for me, with my strumming/picking hand posed over the strings and away from the guitar body, to avoid the extra noises. In the end this bothered me so much that I removed it and sold it on.Please bear in mind that this is only my experience with what seems for everyone else is one of the best acoustic pick ups out there, but I'm sure I'm not alone with my experience, and it may depend on how you use your strumming/picking hand in relation to the guitar top.

One of the best acoustic pickups around
Fitted to a Martin D-28 a great sounding pickup. I paired with an LR Baggs Para DI and its reliable and just feels like a quality pickup. Very easy to install. I have used several times for solo acoustic concerts and recording, blended with microphone signals.

Best on the Market
Bought 3 of these now after trying so many others this is simply the best out there. Easy to install, well built and sounds fantastic.

Easy to fit and great sound and volume.
I'm getting a great sound from this pickup. I bought mine to replace an LR Baggs Lyric which was playing up. I use it through my Roland AC60 amp. It needs the Middle control backing off, then it sounds awesome.

L.R. Baggs M1A - accurate sound, clean sound
it takes the sound of my guitar and conducts it to an amplifier, as it should. It does what it's supposed to do... no surprises!

Excellent
Brilliant. Sounds super. Slightly fiddly to fit as I put it on a small parlour guitar but nothing a bit of pushing and shoving didn't resolve. Most important thing is that it sounds great.

Excellent sound
Expensive however the sound quality is outstanding combined with a complete lack of audio feedback.

Great sound and high output
Great sounding pick up and very powerful. I fitted this to my 12 string guitar and it works a treat. Happily it has a volume switch as the pickup is very high output.
