My daughter loves this and it helped her write and practice her numbers. The fact that it can be wiped clean and continously practiced on made it well worth the purchase.

This wipeable book is perfect for practicing basic number at home. There are lots of fun activities and the fact your child gets to do them over and over means they’ll build confidence. The pen wipes off easily and the paper is nice quality.

This is a good book for your child to learn the numbers up to 20. The book is colourful which helps with memory function and attention to use.The pen is included with this, it’s like a whiteboard pen and the markings can be removed easily with a kitchen roll paper.The only issue I see is my child already knows the numbers from memory (and can go up to 50 with ease), but hasn’t learned to write the numbers correctly. This is more useful for aiding children to write the numbers more than memory. Overall it’s a great resource but should be aged for 1-3 years instead of 3-5 unless much more numbers are included.

This book helps with learning to write numbers but we've found it needs adult support to help with the counting (by example, pointing to objects to count them)Being wipe clean is very useful!

Great book to learn from as it's reusable and makes it repeatable too

The GCP books numbers 0-20 arrives as a book with a pen affixed to it - no plastic wrapping 👍.The back of the book has CE & UKCA marks confirming that it meets UK & EU standards.This is a wipe-clean activity book where you guide the child to develop essential skills. As it is wipe-clean the child can practice as much as is needed and learning will develop through practice - both recognising the numbers and neatness will also develop. It is well illustrated to enhance the learning and understanding of numbers - with the questions reinforcing the learning. There are both tracing and freehand opportunities and some adding. and counting opportunities. There is consistent reinforcement and advancement up the number chain from 0-20. There are also different methods to confirm recognition including circling and joining with lines. As the book progresses, the concept of odd and even numbers is introduced as is the sequencing of numbers.The illustrations are charming and relevant.The tasks are relevant for 3-5 years old and the book will certainly last that long - just not so sure about the pen.Overall this is a very professional book to effect learning and at a current price of £3.49, this is a bargain.

It is nice that it is wipe clean so easy to reuse. The book has easy activities that my three year old wants to do many but at the moment she is more into solving problems than writing numbers. Hopefully this will help her get interest in writing the numbers too. It is not too expensive considering you wipe clean and can reuse again and again

I looked through this with my 3 year old who is showing lots of interest in numbers at the moment. Together we went back to the beginning and they counted the number of objects before having a go at overwriting the numeral by tracing over the dotted line, starting from the red dot. When I have read the instructions out they have then managed the simple task of identifying how may of something they can see before drawing a circle around something or drawing a line to match the numeral with the number of objects. So far we have only managed to get up to 5 but they have not long been trying to trace or overwrite something very long and I want it to be fun so we are practising 1 - 5 a bit more before moving on to the higher numbers and stopping when they have had enough.Unlike other write on wipe off books the pen that is supplied with this book easily wipes off even days after it was last used.I would recommend but equally would expect nothing less from CGP who have lots of experience in creating this type of book.
