Am a fairly fit 66 year-old woman with an auto immune disorder accompanied by chronic fatigue. I bought this particular DNA testing kit based on Amazon reviews and I have been very happy with the outcome. The kit arrived, with clear instructions on how to take a good DNA test. Within two weeks of submitting my saliva test, the results came in, and I even got a phone call from the founder of the company, Dr. Rodriguez, who spent quite a bit of time explaining my test results to me. Not only did he explain the test results, he had very clear recommendations on how best to support my body. I feel like I got really good information and advice from him. Every test submitted comes with a free consult from one of the doctors at this company. There are some other tests that one can take to get more information, but I didn’t feel a lot of pressure to buy more. For example, it was suggested I take the saliva cortisol test. While I will probably do that, I didn’t feel that I was getting a lot of pressure that I had to do it. Turns out the methylated folate test is pretty important to take. I’m glad I did it and I am extremely pleased with how the company has treated me as an important client. I decided to take a methylate DNA test after hearing a podcast from the founder of 10 X. I got this for my toddler son. He was having some issues, and it runs in my family, so we decided to see if he has this gene mutation as well. The swab was very easy to use on my toddler. The have some different rules for toddlers, just to make it easier, which was nice. The test results came back quickly and were very easy to read. They offered me a personal phone call with a doctor of I wanted. I already know a lot about this, and just needed the test, so I didn't need to speak to the doctor, but it was really nice to have that option available. They also gave suggestions on supplements for my son, which was incredibly helpful so that we can get him healthy.
