Love this thing! Was lifting the bag to pour pelllets into stove hopper. Now I fill the bucket and because of the design, its easy to lift and pour pellets in the hopper without spilling any. Its very sturdy, ergonomic, really looks nice sitting next to the stove, built well, and fairly priced! It holds about ⅓ of a 40 lb bag of pellets. Don't overfill it tho, or you will spill pellets. I really love it! I run my stove 24/7 to heat our whole house and fill 2x's a day. This little bucket has saved my 65 yr old back.

We wanted a practical ash can as well as something that looked good sitting out in our living room. We got both, an attractive can that we don't mind leaving out next to our wood burning insert and a sturdy can to take the ashes out. very happy with this purchase. It arrived quickly and just in time, the cold weather has set in. we have already used it.

Looks nice with all my other metal fireplace accessories. Sturdy will hold a bunch of ashes.

with a covered spout and the side handle it works very well for pouring pellets into the small opening on a stove, well made nice finish

I use 40lb bags and with the last stove the hopper opening was plenty big enough to pour the bag in this stove (Harmon) bigger hopper but smaller opening this does the trick just a bit expensive in my eyes but works.

I bought two of these, one for my pellet stove at home and one for my parents to use when they clean out their fireplace. Can't wait for winter!!

Item arrived in a heavily damaged box; within an intact Amazon box. This item should never have been shipped based on the box condition alone.The handle was disconnected on one side. The quality of the ash bucket is very cheaply made and would not withstand being used as an ash bucket. It is purely a decorative piece.Unfortunately I ordered this to used as it was an ash bucket.
