Does exactly what I need, great price and auto-switching works well!
I have a gaming PC and a PS5, and I want both to take advantage of HDMI 2.1 features. My TV is a Sony X85J TV, which only has two HDMI 2.1 ports, and unfortunately one of those ports also doubles as the eARC port. I had to give that port up in order to plug in my soundbar and take advantage of eARC features, so that left me with just the other single HDMI 2.1 port. That's where this switcher comes into play.I have both my PC and PS5 hooked up to it, and so far the switcher is doing exactly as it's advertised. Both show the maximum capability of 4K 120 Hz of my TV when I dig into the display details.I also tested the switching by turning off my PS5 and turning on my PC (and vice versa), and it switched over automatically without any extra input from me. It also switched when I kept my PC on and then powered on my PS5, so it seems to switch to whatever is the newest device to be turned on. (Also, if you have two devices on and turn one of them off, it takes a few seconds and then it will switch to the device that's still on, it's great!)For the device itself, it's smaller than I expected, I put my PS5 controller next to it for scale. It only came with a micro USB cable too, I had to provide my own USB power brick to supply power and an additional HDMI 2.1 cable to connect the switcher to the TV, so make sure you have those on hand as well. For about $30ish, it's great and I have no complaints so far. Only time will tell with how much longevity it has and how it continues to perform in the long run. I will update if anything goes sideways with it, but I'm pretty happy with it so far.

Good product if you know it’s limitations
*Update after 5 months*In addition to the below this switch has another issue, it randomly turns off when I don't want it to. I use a Logitech Harmony remote which is a universal remote that controls everything. It is set to never touch power on the switch, but the switch sporadically turns off anyway. Since the Logitech is programmed to never touch the power on the switch, that means someone has to physically go press the button on the switch to wake it up, and possibly change the input if the switch was off while the Logitech has trying to change its input. Minor thing but annoying, and representative of this switch doing things it's not supposed to.Original review:I “sidegraded” my system from one with a traditional A/V receiver and wired speakers to a soundbar. As a result I needed a way to connect all my devices to the one HDMI input on the soundbar (some soundbars exist with 2 or 3 inputs but they get really expensive). Enter this thing. I got the HDMI 2.1 to connect an Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Roku, and a Fire stick, with the intention of controlling it with a Logitech Harmony hub remote. After setting everything up and disabling auto switch , the Roku wouldn’t work 95% of the time (the 5% it did work made troubleshooting really confusing), the Xbox and Switch worked fine, and the Fire Stick dropped audio for half a second periodically, but often enough to be a problem. Good news is this is in the Logitech database so the Harmony can control it without needing to train it with the remote. The Roku issue was solved by setting display type to not include Dolby Vision (the 4K HDR setting works fine). The Fire stick problem similarly was solved by downgrading the video quality (in this case I went all the way to 1080p as my application doesn’t need more than that, but I don’t know if a lesser setting of 4K would have worked). The audio drop out problem is really weird and seemed to get better or worse as I messed with settings, so it feels like the switch was somehow getting overloaded or maxed out or something. At any rate it’s all working now.I haven’t had it long enough to comment on long term reliability but it does what it’s supposed to do if you don’t max out the 4K settings on all devices (although it’s really weird the Xbox works perfectly since it’s arguably the most high end device involved).

Very Impressed and Relieved. The Wire Routing is Excellent...and yes, that's important.
Not being a techy and not much for reviewing.. I can tell you what happens when you don't know what you are doing when purchasing one of these. I bought a cheaper variation on this and it died within two weeks of ownership giving me problems with Roku and very slow switching between inputs. With this one, switching between Verizon Fios and Roku is automatic and I don't need to flip the remote. Coming back from Nintendo Switch to Roku is spotty but with the remote, it is quick and easy. What is clearly a superior feature of this unit- which no one every speaks about in these reviews.. is that ALL of the connections are in the rear which makes the setup clean. Once you buy one of these with HDMI inputs coming from all different directions, it becomes an eyesore and cumbersome to find a decent place to put it. This is particularly important because you need direct line-of-sight for the remote control. I would never buy one of these with the connections on the side ever again. Its unnecessary and looks horrible. This one works well, hardly visible in my install and I highly recommend it.

Avidgram HDMI Switch works Perfectly at 4k 120hz w/ HDR and VRR
I purchased this switch so that i didn't have to upgrade my Denon X3600H receiver in order to take full advantage of my new Sony Bravia 7 85" tv. This switch is passing 4k 120Hz w/ HDR & VRR from my PS5 with no issues at all and also works great with my Nintendo Switch, Wii U, and Recalbox PC (Emulators). My PS5 is connected to the switch via a 6ft Cable Matters HDMI 2.1 certified cable and the Avidgram switch is connected to the tv with a Cable Matters 33ft (10m) Optical HDMI 2.1 certified cable. Also, auto switching is working perfectly for me.

ABSOLUTELY EPIC, runs NVIDIA 4K 60Hz at 4:4:4, Made of Solid Metal
Possibly the best switch you're going to find. I've tried a few that claimed to do "4K 60Hz at 4:4:4" but most crap out at 4K30, require CVT-RB, or require you to turn off HDR mode for 4:2:2. This handles FULL TRUE HDMI 2.0 4K60 like a champ.PROS:✔️ Two ITE chipsets inside while rated for 600 MHz HDMI 2.0 it does support NVIDIA 4K 60Hz at 4:4:4 which calculates to 712MHz CVT without reduced blanking✔️ Made of solid metal, built like a tank, what else is there to say?✔️ Nice metal "Switch Button" upfront works to toggle between modes✔️ No USB power required if you have more than 3 devices "ON", it just taps 5v from HDMI plugs✔️ Automatically switches (if you want it to)✔️ Works with HDR mode✔️ No added latency, it's like a direct connectionCONS:- Remote uses IR which requires you to "point" directly at it, no biggie unless you're lazy- No rubber feet on the bottom so it does slide around slightly- Switching isn't instant, mayble around ~5 or ~7 before it shows upThis thing deserves to be featured, they put design & engineering effort into building a custom switch like this. Most brands just toss in some cheap components but with AVIDGRAM you're getting premium grade. I bought multiple of them and would HIGHLY recommend this.

Just what I needed!
I was looking for a hdmi switcher solution for my retro devices. i have a Gamecube and a PS2 with an hdmi adapter and 2 nintendo minis that already have hdmi out. This is the one that is absolutely perfect! it does not interfere with the Retrobit Prism HD (Gamecube hdmi adapter) and the Levelhike (PS2 hdmi adapter) at all, it automatically switches to the active channel. if you already have a channel active and you turn on another device while the active channel is still powered on it will automatically switch to the new channel. the IR remote can also be turned off and that's a really nice feature, it won't interfere with your TV remote. It also feels really sturdy and premium. and yes, it also works with a 480p input/output.

Se fait oublier. Un très bon appareil
Petit, bien conçu. Je n'utilise jamais la télécommande tellement la gestion de la commutation automatique fonctionne bien.
