The Amazon Hub workers said it would be fine because the interior had a covering over it. This product has done wonders for me in the past. I have a bum shoulder and this works better than anything else. I have no idea why they thought it was important enough to wrap the top of the NAC but not the others I purchased in the same order. I tried contacting Customer Support with my concerns, but it only leads to Returns.
