I ordered 2 items and the brow pencil was missing

I was super sad that the older version of this color and brand of eyebrow pencil no longer seems to be stocked, so I settled and went with this 'sculpting' version. It's great! I like it better which is a delightful surprise. Worth the price.

This product lasts awhile, but I am on my third order, because this is one of two eyebrow pencils that I have ever found that are truly blonde and not light brown or labeled "taupe" but look like light brown. I had read a review in a beauty article in a woman's magazine, so tried it. The chain drugstores that stock Boots No 7 products, unfortunately, usually are out of stock (I frequently mumble--"and THIS is why God created Amazon!"). The other pencil I use that is also blonde, is Anastasia's Brow Wiz in taupe.

The product is all dried out. No color comes out. Old product

I’ve ordered this item twice and both times I received the wrong item, different than was listed. Once the pencil was even broken. If you are looking for a double ended pencil with brush on the other end, that is not what you will receive.

Perfect colour and blended in really well to my natural eyebrow colouring. Really easy to rub off if needed. Stays on all day so no need to reapply. Love the shape of the sculpture as it's easier to get an even straight shape

Easy to use & wipe off if you make a mistake. Lasts all day. Easy to touch up & blend in if you do need to add. I wear glasses, so I find that I need to touch up the insides of my brows. Best product on the market in my opinion.
