Controls are laid out and easy to use
Controls are laid out and easy to use, very quiet and the digital readout of the current humidity level seems to be spot-on. Absolutely love it.Update, 2 years old now and it freezes up. The auto defrost feature quit. Real disappointed, can't even get parts to repair it. ;( won't be buying this brand again.

Parts removed from product!!!
This item was opened, parts taken out, reboxed and sent!!!! The parts missing are the wheels, the drain hose and the adapter!!!!

Two Defective Units Received. DO NOT BUY!
The first one had to be returned because it arrived with no caster feet. The (4) caster feet are supposed to be in the bucket but they were not. Amazon sent out a replacement and arranged for a UPS pickup of this heavy item at our home right away. Kudos to Amazon! The second one has been operating for 1 day and displayed E5 code on the screen - this is a pump fault error. We have a drain in our basement to use so we don't have to empty the bucket. So now the second one is going back and we will not re-order. Don't waste your money or inconvenience yourself by ordering this product.
