I am very happy with the product and it is bigger than the regular ones and that's what I want, just go for it 👍😊. This mat has everything I was searching for.It is cotton/organic, thick and heavy, large in size - about 80 +/- inches for sure in length (that's over six and half feet!) X approx 26.5 +/- inches in width and undoubtedly the glue at bottom gives a sturdy and non-slippery grip on tiled floor.It was my first day of this mat's use and it has successfully passed the intense yoga session test today.An important thing to note -The coarse texture at top side allows for excellent grip even if your palms sweat and you can hold asanas with ease, but some people may have to use their napkin/towel to cushion their knees or elbows (sensitive areas) against mat to avoid rubbing/rashing of skin due to mat's coarse fabric. It's just a ordinary cotton floor mat with rubber coating at the bottom to prevent slipping.It's fibrous at the top which is not a pleasant feeling when u r lying face down on the mat, as u feel u might breathe in those loose fibers.It would have been good if lines were printed or knitted. This would have helped in proper positioning while practising asanas.

Its good material but does not serve the purpose for yoga as it is not smooth and soft, not good for back.

The mat is excellent for yoga practice. Good grip and does not slip. Comfortable in terms of size and thickness

This yoga mat is a health hazard. It sheds a lot of lot of lint that floats around in the room ans gets stuck to your clothes. The fiber of this mat is that if a rug, so doing yoga on a rug exposes you to a lot of lint that you directly inhale. It's dangerous to use this mat.Otherwise, the grip, length and comfort are really nice but if something's gonna clog your lungs best is to throw it away

This is definitely anti skid and great for a tall person it’s my favourite . Only thing is that it’s not that thick so not that cushioned but once you get used to it , you will like the texture even more
