Easy to use, large numbers. Doesn't do "too much" (I'm not a mathematician, after all, just keeping my home accounts!) It's can be used with an AAA battery, but is also solar powered. I don't use it with a battery; my desk is near a window and I have a lamp, so it's always in the light. But if I had to use it in a darker space, the battery would be OK. It came with a battery; I just took it out. I like the fact that the display is tilted up so it's easy to read. It's a good little calculator for general home office needs.

The numbers are big enough, properly shaped, and bright enough for my 86-year-old eyes to see. The buttons are also big enough for my blunt fingers. I have found the 00 key more useful than I expected. The display screen is tilted, which makes it easier to use — but also a tiny bit harder to store in a drawer. The batteries are a common size, so they are easy to replace — but the calculator is partially powered by the light in the room, so I expect the batteries will last a very long time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Big buttons, works on battery and solar. Its a calculator that does basic functions. You do have to remember to turn off if not bright in room or batteries will die. Other than that it works as descibed.

Surprisingly came with batteries, pretty basic, works great, love the color.

Perfect size. Works both ways, with light (sun or room light) and without light (battery).

I love this calculator. It is a nice size and easy to operate. The keys are nice and big, but not too big.I would highly recommend it.
