I’m sure functionally it will be fine…once I fix it
Soooo, quality control doesn’t seem to be very important.Instead of the padded rubber part adhering to the tube itself, it and the tube were stuck to the bag it was shipped in.It’s like they both had adhesive applied and were tossed in the bag separately. At least I have industrial strength glued to use to remedy this.

Great addition to any e-drum kit
This product is so awesome I just ordered another one, and will probably order more down the road. I just replaced my e-cymbals with Zildjian Gen16 polished bronze cymbals. The bell on the Gen16 ride was not a pronounced as I would have liked so this allowed me to bring back the e-cymbal bell without bringing back the whole e-cymbal. By adding more of these I could have all of my e-cymbal sounds along with my new Gen16 cymbals, but all you would see is the Gen16 cymbals. Twice the cymbals to play while saving tons of space in my e-drum setup. Easy to mount just about anywhere you would want it, and capable of making any sound your drum brain can produce. Stick rebound feel is a little on the dead side, but this device is way less expensive than similar devices by other manufacturers.

electronic drum trigger
This trigger has a convenient shape to fit into a drum setup to use as electronic wood block or cow bell but it is insensitive compared to my other pads. It requires a much stronger hit to produce a sound. It is also more sensitive at the end of the tube than in the middle so there is not a linear sound reproduction along it's length. It can be useful in a drum set-up, but you must be aware of it's sensitivity characteristics when playing it.

Not bad
Stuck on a mic stand and used as a high hat in my home-made electronic drum kit for a number of years. Had sufficient dynamic range and the hard rubber pad on top made for a quick rebound.

Good
I like it, sonda good, the only problem is the volume of the triger, but is good buy for the money

A bit sensitive and not great quality
The plastic on the ends looks beat up and this thing is really sensitive, even after decreasing the sensitivity in my module. The glue holding the pad on is holding very well either. I feel it could be of better quality for the price. I'm sure it doesn't cost anywhere near $50 to manufacture it after materials and labor. I expect more from a USA made product.
