This was definitely a great purchase. Got it on sale and it’s perfect. Soft and also mid firm. Once unpacked, give it time to expand. They also come with more filler if you want your pillows to be firmer.

Great material. Puffs right back up after laying on it. Comfortable once you find the right amount of stuffing.Good value for money.I will say the ice cubes on the picture are misleading as it didn’t stay cool but it didn’t get hot either.

This is a very lofty pillow to begin with, and then they give you a bag of extra foam to make it even bigger! I can barely get the original size to fit into a queen pillow case.However, after 3-4 attempts at removing some, then replacing some of the foam, I have a pillow that is perfect for me! You have to be patient and treat it like an experiment, with some trial-and-error.I found the original cover to be too heavy to use, might be OK if you want a really firm pillow. I covered mine with a Lincove 100% Cotton Sateen Pillow Protector Cover to protect the inner fabric.

I ended up buying these on an Amazon prime deal (still on sale after a week). I opened the box, let it expand then put a pillowcase on. The firmness was present, the cooling was there, and it lasted all night at the same flatness. I'm very happy with these pillows

When I got them they were vacuum package and looked small. But after 24hrs these pillows are THICK. They even come with some more foam if you still think you need more! We have used them for a few months and haven't flattened out.

The pillow itself is exactly as described and is wonderful for easing my painful neck. My only problem is that you're supposed to use the supplied pillowcase because of it's dual sided functioning and I can't find any replacement pillow cases. The one provided with the initial purchase is getting tattered. I need a new case.

Good pillow...like option of adding or removing FILL

I received this pillow with the extra filling. I let it fluff up as instructed and it was already very full. I have slept with it for over a month. I was having pain in my neck from the old pillow I had. I no longer have that problem. I may have to take some filling out to deflate it a little but I am very happy with my purchase.
