This little gadget can be tough. I have to work up to 5 minutes on the 6 pound setting once I reach my goal. I’ll move to the 8.8 setting and so on.

Not the greatest quality but you get your moneys worth, it’s easy to use and works fine.

Great value for money. High quality rubber that is so tough. My hand has gotten much stronger because of this functional product. I take it with me on trips because it’s so ready to go and easy to use. It’s very lightweight and comfortable to wear during my Workout. Highly recommend.

Good hand/forearm workout but the loops are tight and my fingertips start tuning purple in about 15 seconds. The loops are all the same size, fingers are not, should be slightly larger for thumb and smaller for pinky but its the same for all 5.Aside from the obvious design flaw, it works well enough I think it can be useful.

I have had this for about a week now and have been doing about 60 reps a day with each hand at the 6lbs setting and this a excellent workout for your forearms and hand strength. My doctor told me hand strength is one of the most important things as far as living a long life, i have no idea why but i trust him and have started a daily routine with this product. only takes about 5 minutes a day but much easier to workout with this rather than a dumbbell.

The wristband fabric piece snapped, and the metal bar bent all in 1 session. I went home and got my 2nd band, used it for 5 minutes and then the finger loop snapped. On top of that, every hole is the same size. My thumb an and my pinkie are different sizes. So the thumb is extra tight while the pinkie is extra big. Maybe the product helps with muscle gain, but you aint getting any if its breaking instantly. This is the worst weight/training product I've ever bought. I dont recommend buying this at all. Waste of money if you ask me

I used a similar product at physical therapy so I purchased this one for use at home. Seems to be s good as the one that the trainers use.

I gave it to my friend because he wanted it and he liked it a lot. It was easy to use, and it had good grip strength. It was worth the money and usable for any type of hands, As well as has a good design.
