This is an excellent piece of kit. I bought it to try on a 'rag quilt' for my granddaughter and, it worked like a charm. Scythes through six layers of fabric with ease and precision. Two of flannel, two of flannelette and two of cotton. It is also very easy on the hands, the grip being very light. I would heartily recommend it to anyone who quilts and sews.

I was recommended these for snipping when going round curves on patterns. They are very sharp and cut easily through several layers! Well worth the money and arrived a week before due date. Very happy!

I couldn't find these snips here in uk so bought online from US. They are exactly what I wanted and at a fraction of the cost I thought I would have to pay. They are really easy to use so great for anyone with arthritic hands or other difficulties with hand function. A really good buy and very happy customer.

Great for sniping the edges of a rag quilt. Useful and ideal for making three job a lot easier.

I used these on a rag quilt I was making for my boys, made sniping all the edges much easier, and with the blades not being to long it stopped you cutting to far in!

The snips are beautiful, comfortable to use and do a fantastic job of snipping a rag quilt, without too much hand strain. I easily snipped through six layers on the edges.However, be warned, whilst they are listed as free post if being delivered to the UK you will incur a customs fee. I had to pay £4.24 VAT and £8 Royal Mail international handeling fee, hence the three stars, rather than five that I would give for the snips alone.
