Dog loved it but easy to destroy
I have a bulldog, and he was able to undo the velcro, and get the inside contraption out and destroy it. Lasted about 30 minutes. The velcro needs to be stronger, and the lip at the opening for the velcro smaller (my dog was able to pull on the lip to open it).

Not recommended for husky dog.
I love this item, but it is not recommended for a husky dog. she’s only had it one day and destroyed it. The ball comes out too easy for her, and then she just eats the material the other, when the ball came out.

Excellent customer service.
Our dog loves this toy. Unfortunately, it broke rather quickly. I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement without any issues.

Entertaining but not durable
My puppy really liked this toy and even had it shaking and moving himself, but then sat down and proceeded to eat the material right off of it. I like the idea of it, but the material is too flimsy
