This product has to be taken at night! I visited my cousin, a neurologist and she said this is all you need at night. I only take one capsule and that's enough to get me to sleep. Zzz_zzzzzzz

I take one a day at bedtime for better sleep, I don't like the taste and smell but soon gone after a few sips of water

I always do a bit of research on brands and ingredients before I purchase supplements and I was happy to request these and give them a go.I have already been taking Ashwagandha for a while but I was intrigued by these because of the other ingredients. These have some really beneficial other ingredients in them.I would recommend to research all the ingredients whenever you take a new supplement.Also, if you’re new to Ashwagandha please be aware that you need to cycle it, it works better if you do this and as it is quite powerful doing this is better for your body. There are YouTube videos and information on Google about how to cycle supplements and specifically Ashwagandha.Now onto the tablets themselves. They have a very yeasty smell which is to be expected since this is the top ingredient. They are easy to swallow and I have noticed no adverse side effects. I have been taking 1 or 2 when I use them.I have noticed I feel overall more calm and less stressed while taking these.They are quite pricy but if you stick to the lowest dosage you will get 2 months supply which is fair.The only thing that is a bit disappointing is some of the ingredients on the back don’t have the Recommended Intake listed so I did have to research this myself.However, overall I am happy to recommend these and I would repurchase. 👍

This supplement contains sixty capsules, and with the recommendation to take one a day, it will last me for two months. I have tried other products from Nutrality, and I am always happy with the quality of their products, but this one is a little strange.One capsule contains only 50% of your daily magnesium and zinc but 250% of chromium. With this ratio, I will not take any more than one of these capsules a day, but I will need to take extra zinc and magnesium to boost their levels, which is annoying seeing as I am taking a supplement containing these elements.Other than this, the capsules are good quality, easy to swallow, flavourless, and do not leave any aftertaste.

I am unfamiliar to the world of supplements and vitamins but after reading the description of this item, I thought I'd give it a go! I've noticed improvements in my sleep and mood overall - but I'm still not sure if it's because of this item or due to other factors - naturally, I'm quite skeptical.In terms of the product, it's easy to consumer, there's on horrible after-taste and goes down easy with a bit of water! With that in mind, there is a bit of a smell to the tablets itself but it's not enough to put me off using them.The packaging is clear and well-thought out - and clearly outlines what the product is. I do think that it presents good value for money too - as long as you don't take more than one every day - this will last a decent time and averages out quite nicely overall!
