Good Product
Really good product and exactly what I was expecting. Arrived as described and works perfectly.

Poor quality, break easily, better ones on the market.
Poor quality. I have been using these for years and with the last bag I received each one broke where the floss meets the plastic holder within 2-5 seconds of use. I emailed the selller Dental Direct UK / DWS Management Ltd to highlight the possibility of a bad batch but Amazon's systems (when amazon is not the seller) on this occasion were not easy to navigate ( I went round in circles by trying different options) and I am not sure if I will receive a response. It is a low value item so I am not taking it further. I am pleased to say I have found a much better item which is strong and I found it easier to use because handle is straight making it easier to hold and therefore manipulate. I will not be buying the glide oral b version any more. I have put the name of the one's I am now using below. Product faulty
Very disappointed with the last 2 packs. They broke very easily. Have never had this problem before.

Gloss teeth really well
Used to get them from my dentist only but do glad I get buy them here as saves me a trip. They're so good and convenient.

Terrible, changed!
TERRIBLE. These used to be fantastic. Now they've changed them and the packaging, they're awful and not fit for purpose, they just break! I wish I'd seen the reviews, what have they done. Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend you buy them. Finally some decent quality, thicker, proper right angled flossers. They're not environmentally friendly in any way, though you can recycle them. But if you have mobility issues then they're so much easier than floss on its own.

It feels different.
I have been using glide floss for a long time but this bag is different. It glides in nicely but after first use it starts freying out and breaking. It feels much more thinner than those I previously use, so I am not quite sure how to review it properly yet.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR MANY YEARS AND IS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER SINCE THE NEW PACKAGING CHANGED SOME 2 MONTHS AGO THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT HAS DETERIORATED. PREVIOULSY ONE GLIDE COULD BE USED OVER 2-3 DAYS AND A PACK OF 30 WOULD LAST ME ABOUT 2 MONTHS. NOW, I NEED TO USE 5-6 GLIDES PER DAY AS THE STRING KEEPS ON BREAKING. I USE THE GLIDES 2 TIMES PER DAY SO NOW A PCK OF 30 WILL ONLY LAST 3-4 DAYS. SOMETHING IS CLEARLY WRONG HERE.

The first packet bought worked well, the toothfloss did not snap or break after I flossed my whole mouth. I bought a second packet and I'm not able to get through flossing 3 teeth until the floss breaks away from the plastic holder. Perhaps I received a faulty second pack. Extremely disappointed because I recommend these by the dentist
