Dapol Model Railway15 Ton Diesel Crane Plastic Kit - OO Scale 1/76

I've made a few of these kits and have always been pleased with the finished result. I haven't started this kit yet but I made one some years ago.

Easy to construct and finished model looks good. Ideal as a static exhibit but needs aditional weight and proper couplings if it is to be made operational plus the adition of a match truck which is not part of the kit. In the queue for airbrush painting which will greatly enhance the appearance.

This kit must be 60 years old but still fits together like a dream

Mine doesn't look like this now. It's Black and in my LMS Stable! Always was a good kit, though the buffers are a little higher than they aught to be. I recommend the purchase of: Alan Gibson 10.5mm Plain Disc Wheels (4007 (for a "Lowmac")) which will bring the height down.
