I’m a big fan of the health benefits of fermented foods, but I’m not terribly keen on sour flavours, so this is an ideal way to get all the goodness of apple cider vinegar in an extremely palatable format. These lovely little disc-shaped gummies come in a mix of red and green and have a strong, sharp apple flavour that tastes very natural. There is also a strong ginger kick which I believe mostly comes from the green gummies, but that distinction could be entirely in my imagination. They have a pleasant texture and this bottle contains a 60 day supply at the recommended dosage of 2 gummies a day. It’s currently priced at £12.99 so pricier than some supplements, but a much more pleasant way to get your vitamins.

These gummies are extremely strange in the way that, the red ones taste okay but the green ones are quite sour and bitter leaving a nasty taste in your mouth.Overall I don't feel much different if it all in my general health but maybe after prolonged usage you may see better results.Due to the taste I would not be ordering these again but if they made a bottle of just the red ones I might give them a try.

I have had apple cider vinegar sitting in my cupboard and just never get around to taking it so I thought having it in a gummy form will make me more willing to have it everyday.The taste is strong I can taste the ginger quite alot it's okay but not the tastiest.Easy to take as its a gummy. You get 120 gummys, 2 a day so this would last you for 2 months not bad value.

Those gummies are really sweet, eve though you can taste the apple cider vinegar which somehow contrasts the sweetness, they still end up being too sweet for my taste - maybe it's because I'm not used to any kind of sugar if not fructose from fruits.
