JBL Vibe Beam True Wireless Headphones - Black, Small - in Ear

Okay, so I used many JBL products earlier and wasn't expecting a lot from this one considering the price. But what I am about to say ain't false.Build - The build seems okay, the case is a bit fragile so to be carefully handled.Battery - Battery life is really good, no complaints.Sound - This is what I need to talk about. I compared this with the Air Pods Pro (1st gen) for an hour and came to a conclusion that JBL knows sound. The airpods pro no doubt sound awesome as they should but I never ever imagined these would go close.And, you won't believe that, there's a particular frequency of an instrument I try to listen whenever testing a new audio device. In airpods pro it got suppressed by other instruments and was barely audible. But in this the instrument was way clearer than the airpods pro if not the clearestJBL did an amazing job with the instrument separation thing. Talking about Bass, it's not boomy, with the app it gets enhanced, but not for bassheadsMany people are rating it low due to bass, but a good audio doesn't mean high bass, high bass muddies the mids and highs. Here also it's amazingThe vocals are crystal clearThe only thing I felt was, the soundstage could've been a little wider considering the price.But, JBL ain't just a name, it's a melody to ears.If you understand sound, you will understand what u have bought for what price.Thank You :)

Disappointing Experience with JBL Wave Beam EarbudsI've been using the JBL Wave Beam in-ear wireless earbuds for the past year, and unfortunately, it has been one of the most disappointing audio products I've ever purchased.Within just a few months of use, I started facing issues with one of the earbuds frequently not working. I had to visit a JBL service center to get it fixed while it was under warranty. Although the issue was temporarily resolved, the product's overall reliability remained questionable.Now, after the warranty has expired, the left earbud has again stopped working properly. While the gesture controls still respond, the audio is extremely faint or completely inaudible. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps — including resetting, cleaning, pairing again — but nothing has worked.I expected better durability and performance from a brand like JBL. Unfortunately, this product hasn’t lived up to the promise of quality and has been a frustrating experience overall.

Connects quick, clear sound. They need to work more on noise cancellation

Charging ability is totally good and there is not more weight in that , colour is black touch control is absolute earphone functions can be changed at any time.There is no compremisation in quality , the quality is top notch.

No repair possibilityI have purchased this product Mar 2023, Now i am facing battery issue both (box&buds), Warranty is over so contact jbl customer service for this Product repair, but jbl team told me this product not for repair, so what do i to , 4000 waste, product is good quality but is come to repair is not possible so buy before check the repair possibility, product comes with 1 year warrenty only

Never thought I’d be writing a review like this, but here we are.I accidentally put my JBL earbuds through an entire washing machine cycle (yes, detergent and all)… and guess what?They came out cleaner, fresher, and still working perfectly.The sound? Still crisp. The bass? Still banging. The connection? Still smooth.I’m honestly amazed at how durable they are. I didn’t expect them to survive — I just wanted to check if they’d turn on. But these little warriors are still going strong.What happened:• Full wash cycle in water 💧• Survived without glitching• Dried them out (air-dry + rice method, no charging for 24 hrs)• Back to perfect performance ✅Verdict:If you’re clumsy like me, JBL’s build quality might just save your day.These earbuds didn’t just survive — they THRIVED.

I thought it would be a great deal.I read a few customer reviews earlier (the only review…) that and also checked multiple unbiased review videos on youtube about this before buying.Turns out: it’s actually horrible. Doesn’t matter if I got a faulty product or not. Then add “poor quality check” as a feedback too. It’s a horrible experience.It cuts off or flickers automatically when you’re listening to something or even in a meeting. Poorest connectivity.Good things: Sound is good. Comfortable on the ear for an hour or so. Noise cancellation is also good- as per my need.Some more feedback:- My ear hurts if kept on for more than 45 mins.- Right earbud was acting up as soon as it arrived.- Design is very basic. It seems very frail honestly. I’m scared that if it falls by mistake it’s gonna go into a comma. Matte finish- but looks cheap.- Extremely poor connectivity. It loses connection or flickers repeatedly. It’s embarrassing.- Battery life: It’s not much. But if you need headphones for just a few 4-5 hours then it’s good. Also it gets charged very quickly so that’s a save!- Overall: Extremely poor quality product. And people are okay paying over Rs. 3400 for this. Not about the money but that such a poor quality item is available for sale.- Poor quality check: I guess their process to check each item’s quality is not there yet. If there is, its embarrassingly weak.I’m gonna have to check other brands for a better earphone. So, don’t buy it. Not worth it.Have a great day!
