I loved this item. Great service when it stopped working.
EDIT: The customer service team got in touch with me and swiftly offered a replacement. I'm delighted to be reunited with it and am enjoying using again.I'm very picky about lighting, especially in the bedroom or of an evening when winding down. I liked that it was rechargeable and portable and only required a tap to turn on and off. I may give another go in the future, in the hope that mine was a one-off faulty item.

Really cute !
Looks exactly like picture. The lamp's battery power lasted me around 5-6 hours (10-12 30 minute timers.) I left to charge up again overnight and there's been no issues with it on battery times.I use the lamp at my computer desk just for mood lighting, not so much to actually see / write anything by it, but it is definitely bright enough to write stuff at. There are 3 brightness settings, the lowest being easiest to sleep with. The brightest is quite bright considering the size of the lamp. One thing I have had a little bit of an issue with is that sometimes the lamp senses being touched/hit and will switch to one brighter / turn off / turn on if it's in on or timer mode. That's not like a colossal issue but can be a little frustrating especially when I'm no where near the lamp and just opening the door to leave my room as I can't see in the dark at all and do rely on having a light on pretty much all the time.I do recommend this though for master 0lp yuumi mains and for children as it is quite a soft aesthetic and the lamp itself doesn't have sharp edges, the unicorn is made from a soft rubber so there's not much potential to hurt themselves on.

Does the job
Excellent purchase this light is fantastic for children. Mine use it every night to read and it has a timer on it so it can be set to turn off. Great if they need to get up in the night as it is dimmable too. Would highly recommend

Great light
Great light, very bright when needed, nice colours, ideal for the kids room for both evening and when he wakes up really early and just needs a some light (2 year old)

Good for a night light, although operation is needlessly complicated.
The item arrived in a fairly nice packaged box. I would say there wasn't much protection in the box for the light, however it is made of fairly hard and resilient plastic, rather than glass. The light has a hard and smooth plastic feel to it. The button to turn the light on is located on the bottom, which requires a press of 1.5 seconds to turn it on. Once the device is on however, things get a little more complicated.Turning the light on/off is fairly simple. You just tap the top of the light twice with a finger. This switches it between being "on" and being in "standby". If you want the light dimmed, you just hold your finger on the top, and the light will either grow dim, or grow brighter, depending on which it was originally. There is also a "timer" button underneath, which when pressed, starts a 1 hour timer, after which the light will turn off. This isn't too bad so far, and personally I would only consider using these options.HOWEVER, this nightlight is RGB, and that adds another layer of complication. Pressing the power button underneath the light once will change it to "Colour" mode. In this mode, tapping the top of the light will start the colours shifting, tapping it again will pause the colour shifting and keep it on the current colour. For a child's night light, all of this seems very complicated. I feel like there should be 3 buttons easily visible somewhere which can control all the lights functions, rather than putting so much on tapping or holding the top of the light. As for the brightness, it is reasonably bright, however I wouldn't say it's suitable for reading a book, it's purely to make the space "not dark", rather than light it up. It is not a replacement for a lamp. The light does come with a USB-C cable for charging, it's fairly short, but will do the job if you have USB ports near your bed. There is no adapter to connect it to the mains though, so you will need a USB port. The light can also run off of battery for a few nights.
