No nonsense skin cleanser
I love this stuff. It is very basic with no bells and whistles but my goodness it works on my dry sensitive skin. No rash, no dry patches and no perfume. This is my third bottle. One thing is don't use it to remove make up. You need an oil based cleanser for that. I use Simple. But for face and body wash this rocks.

More effective than soap alone
This stuff is very good. First encountered it during an unexpected stay in hospital. I prefer it over using soap, especially around intimate areas in the shower or when my hands feel particularly dirty. I've had the occasional minor rash in my groinal area due to hot weather and perhaps not being as careful with hygiene as normal, but this product clears it up PDQ. It feels a bit greasy and doesn't rinse off completely like soap does, which is probably why it works so well (the antimicrobial effect stays on the skin, according to the expert advice from my girlfriend). I like and trust it so much I bought four bottles.

I bought this antimicrobial wash for washing my arm that has had a couple tattoos recently added. It was very gentle on my skin and kept my new ink clean. No complaints.

Safe and Sure
After a mastectomy and total removal of my lymph nodes I needed something highly anti microbial and this absolutely fits the bill.Recommended by the hospital and certainly recommended by me! I am not able to use any perfumed products or deodorantbut this product covers every aspect of hygiene.

Really helpful for folliculits or staph
Great for folliculitis decalvans or facial/scalp Mrsa/staph decolonization as it can be used on scalp.As the only antibacterial with residual activity safe for use on scalp and face (unlike chlorhexidine/Hibiclens), this should be more readily available in the US.
