I was really pleased when this arrived and had a chance to look at it more closely. The good points are it comes ready assembled and in various sizes. I didn’t have a lot of money so I was pleased that it came with the sink, the loo and the cistern. The plumber said the flush in the cistern was better than many he had fitted. I really wanted that extra little cupboard for storage. This one is actually meant to be for laundry, but I still use it for storage. I was sceptical about the quality of the loo seat, but it is soft close and works fine. I was also impressed with the courtesy of the company who supplied it and delivered it and waited while I insisted on checking every item to make sure nothing was broken. Several times I messaged them and they always answered in good time; for me good customer service is very important so well done.Right the reasons for deducting a star and there are a few: It’s a shame the basin and loo are not as white as the units, but then I wonder if it’s actually possible to get an exact match. I think it’s misleading to say “Usually dispatched within 2-3 days then email to say it is 10 days. I didn’t mind that it was 10 days but please make it clearer on Amazon! When it arrived the laundry door was extremely hard to open and shut so I checked with the supplier that it would be ok to put some wd40 on the sliding bar that holds the drop down door and that worked.I think quality control should have checked how easy/hard it is to open and shut the doors; I did have to remove the laundry basket screws to take it out to get to the sliding bar. There should have been 4 tiny screws holding the basket in place but there were only two, None of the doors were soft closing, the drawer was but didn’t fully close without a final push. Overall I still love the whole thing because it looks better than what I had before and I still maintain it is good value. I would still recommend it for anyone on a tight budget.
