I'm quadriplegic and I love this pillow so much! I use it every morning when I get on my stomach. I also use it whenever I lay on my side so my ear doesn't hurt and it's actually so so comfortable! Only pillow I will use from now on for my stomach/side.

the bottom 'legs' collapse outward making the face shmush into the mattress anyway. my home made one was made better from a couch cushion.

Nice item although the fact the outer cover is removable seems pointless because it would fall apart if you removed it. The interior is loose fabric as opposed to a solid pillow that can be removed to clean the exterior.It's so tall that you need a body pillow to not hyperextend the neck

I like this pillow and use it when laying on my stomach under red light.
