NuunActive: Strawberry Lemonade Electrolyte Drink Tablets (3 Tubes of 10 Tabs)

Used multiple tablets a day on a week long bike ride in very hot weather. It allowed me to drink a lot more water than I might have otherwise. I do not like sports drinks as they seem too salty. This is not and has just a touch of sweetness. It is also cheaper and easier to carry. Just added a tab to my water bottle when I refilled it.

This is the fourth time I have order this supplement. It is my absolute favorite hydration supplement because: It tastes amazing, I love the effervesce, it's super easy to tote in your purse (in the months I've been using it, I've never had the container spill), they are affordably priced for a convenience product, and having one-two servings a day makes me feel more energetic.

This is a terrific product and taste great.

I like these hydration products. They were recommended for the hot summer months when I work outside and get very dehydrated. The pink lemonade is refreshing and has a delightful flavor. Right now I find this product is very good for dealing with the dry heat in the house. I am pleased with this product it works very well for dehydration .

I discovered that the electrolyte drink I had been using does not contain sodium and I was still having lots of leg and hand cramps. This product contains sodium and my cramps have markedly diminished. However, the flavor leaves a lot to be desired. I added flavor drops and that improved it considerably.

A chiropractor recommended this product to me when I complained of leg cramps and dehydration. I despise that other popular electrolyte drink--tastes like salt water to me! Nuun has such a variety of flavors too. I'm not a citrus fan either. The Strawberry Lemonade is the perfect answer for me. And it helps with the leg cramps; I can tell when I missed a day. Love this stuff!!

I purchased this product for an upcoming marathon in Colorado - I am from Minnesota & have never done well with altitude. A few days prior, I started the Nuun tablets and once getting to CO, had zero elevation issues. If you've ever had altitude sickness, I would highly recommend.I use one tablet daily during the week and around my longer run days. I've tried other flavors but the strawberry lemonade is my fave.

My chiropractor recommended nuuns to help with muscle spasms. I know some complain about the flavor. I would say there is enough flavor to compel you to drink and keep drinking but i wouldn't say that the sweatener is the best ever. After I had whole body radiation and lots of chemo my body didn't tell me when it was thirsty. Nuuns really helped me because the water looked yummy and therefore I drank because it looked good. These have also very much helped with muscle spasms. I would highly recommend.
