Drop Ceiling Tiles 24x48 inch Black (12-Pack, 96 Sq.ft), 3D Wainscoting Panels Glue Up 2x4 FT

Nice tiles, look great, easy to work with. After reading some of the previous reviews, I had some concerns. However, I believe that I was able to work through each of the other issues listed: 1. Panel thickness - the tiles are thin, I was worried about noise and the tiles falling down after installation. My ceiling had the fiberglass based tiles previously. I left my old tiles up and inserted the new ones under the old. This provided a lot more stability and I'll have no noise issues. 2. Panel installation - there were several reviews stating the tiles don't sit flat due to the elevated parts of the panels. When I initially installed the panels; this was a clear problem. The panels do not lay flat. However, cutting notches out of the elevated sections (see picture) easily helped the panels to lay flat. The only issue I have is, since the panels are PVC, they build up some static electricity. If you working on a surface that has any pet hair or dust on it while you cut them, the panels pick that up. I've had to wipe down the tiles once they're installed with a dryer sheet. Other than that, I'd highly recommend. My room has completely changed.

Love the way they look. I couldn't fully use in all rooms because some tiles needed cut, and if you cut these they lose structure and takes away from the design. However if you can use 2x4 as intended. They are perfect.

I like the look and the design. It wasn't the easiest to glue up with the 4' length but doable. I did it alone, it would be much easier with 2 people. And along the way found that the Liquid Nails Extreme Heavy duty was about useless for ceiling application, but the Loctite Power Grab All Purpose worked great. Instant tacking and easy to work with made the job go smoother. It did use small panel nail in each corner to give extra support as curing. Only real downside, I was delivered a box of 6 black plastic corrugated panels instead of the white design tiles I ordered delaying my project time. However, replacement was quickly shipped out and all good. Had to return to a bona fide UPS store, UPS Access points or drop off sites like Staples wouldn't take the 2'x4' box.

Nice panels, easy to cut and look modern and clean. You can also glue them to the Sheetrock and wood but it creates a problem if you have spotlights. Because panels are not flat (they are 3D) after cutting (which is very easy to do) it will have a problem gluing will be impossible and connecting the cut panels will not look nice. It was not the right product for my space, I wish it was.

Theres no quality control. Each tile is crookedly offset by 1/8 inch. It “should be a square” shape, but instead it has 4 sides that are all different lengths. So when you go to install these, they will never line up. The edges Looks very ugly when installed. Such a shame because the pattern design actually looks attractive. However, these crooked tiles will seriously screw up your OCD

I don’t understand why these are frequently returned, they’re super way to install and you can install them 2 different ways depending on preference, I am 4”11 and took all the old nasty styrofoam ones down and replaced with these all by myself, on top of that they’re beautiful and give it a sleek look. I would recommend these for anyone wanting to replace their drop ceiling with a fresh modern look

These was so nice and high quality and covers alot if space because each one is huge. But you really need a large room to truly appreciate them. Otherwise they will look too ulky and out of place. The depth of the design is so deep that they protrude significantly from the wall it's placed. I tried putting these in a very small bedroom but they just looked ridiculous. Like they didn't belong and someone was trying too hard to make the space look fancy lol. Like I said they are very nice but only in a room where there is space to step back and admire. Anything smaller and they just look cramped and like the walls are closing in on you. But for it's purpose you get a very nice, different looking product. It just doesn't work for all spaces.

I was searching for something ultra easy and non-permanent to add a nicer touch to a small home office. I used these panels as faux wainscoting on the walls… adhering them with double sided tape. For video calls it adds interest without being distracting and in general it makes this storage room - turned office seem / feel bigger than it is. I hope I don’t regret the tape but otherwise it took all of 20 min to hang them. I’ve got one that needs adjusting but all in all I’m fairly pleased. I will say that they should be 1/2 the price they are because the panels are thin plastic. I almost laughed when I pulled one from the box. I knocked off 2 stars for that reason. Something I didn’t notice before I bought was that the middle of each panel is textured, but it doesn’t look unpleasant.

Déçu, pas assez rigide, difficile à mettre en œuvre et creux donc compliqué à coller.

Décevant… ce n’est pas préciser mais c’est hyper fin ce n’est pas rigide , pour le prix ça fait très bas de gammes ! Pour nous pas utilisable je ne sais pas quoi en faire …
