This product is actually pretty good! I have tried many from Amzon and this one is the one i think i will stay with for now! It doesn't give me tummy ache and when i ran out, i noticed the difference! These do make a difference, a good one. Just ordered again.

Ascorbic acid ?
We read the ascorbic acid which is what most vit c supplements wholly consist of is not a full vic c complex. I hear that if you want to support your diet with proper vit c it must be the full complex from food sources. That’s why I chose this product.

Did not meet my needs
I have tried this product in an attempt to find Food State vitamin C without bulkers and fillers. I have reverted to ascorbic acid with bioflavanoids as I didn't think it was adequate. The ingredients need to be in the raw fresh state to be effective either in a juice or a smoothie.
