Sturdy, nice protective sheath
I just opened these today. Having individual sheaths over the blade while in storage is nice but will probably get lost easily since they’re for a vacation rental kitchen. The multipurpose blades are nice and strong, I’m sure they’ll come in handy.

Sharp enough to clean chicken
Very handy in the kitchen. Good for cleaning the fats off meats. Especially for cleaning the chicken. There's always unhealthy parts of chicken to get off. These are the right shears for the job.
