Perfect
I do a lot of slow Mediterranean cooking and this is the perfect tangine makes up to 3 meal portions I have even used it in the winter time placed on top on my log fire to slow cook on over night

I absolutely love this product. The fact that you can cook in it in so many different ways is great and it's very sturdy. Perfect size for 2 adults and a child

Definitely not none stick
Used this around 10 times, used plenty of oil/ liquid to cook , meat sticks to the bottom. Clean it off with soft cloth worse next time cooking etc etc finally had to bin it ,
