I’m 63 yrs old. Diagnosed with plantar fasciitis both feet, calcified tendonitis/Achilles tendinitis and 6 bones spurs. I was hobbling for about the last 4-5 mos. Haven’t walked much at all since January as far as normally walking 3-5 miles per day. Got this pad on Aug 13 and what a difference it has made in foot pain, my ability to get my work done and basically some peace of mind in knowing this can get better. Arrived when promised. A bit difficult to use, especially when sleeping. Cannot tell if near infrared actually works for therapy purposes.

My husband has a lot of back and shoulder issues that cause inflammation. He’s been using this product for a little and has seen his inflammation go down, better blood flow and a decrease in pain. Consistency is key I believe but it seems to be working !

The size is perfect fit to use for my back and or knee! I love the design the quality is great for the price. Love that it has a timer.This has been a great purchase since I have a bad knee and I have had surgery on my back!

Work good while it worked but Stopped working after 6 months with no options for exchange or return. Il try a different brand.Buyer beware!
