Should I stop using my regular single-use plastic cotton buds, to avoid them going into landfill, or being dragged through the oceans by seahorses? Sure. These wooden cotton buds do their job excellently (and for a reasonable price). I feel like a total hippie displaying them in a carelessly-placed Mason jar in my bathroom. I strongly consider growing out my armpit hair and becoming vegan. Then I am reminded that these unofficial eardrum-pokers have travelled all the way from China in a shipping container to get to me, and I go eat bacon.

These a biodegradable. However the fact it was shipped from all the way from abroad cost a lot of carbon footprint. Quality is good otherwise. The ones I find from UK sellers are far too overpriced.

Don’t like the fact they are sealed in a plastic bag, kinda beats the point of buying wooden cotton buds. They do fall apart quite easily.

Great product and great alternative to evil plastic, I’m just getting used to them not being bendy! Took a while to arrive, I think they came straight from China, so will reorder in plenty of time next time.

Deliver was quick. These cotton buds are just as efficient as the original plastic version and they’re a lot cheaper!

Excellent item - a pleasant alternative to the paper ones which just collapse as soon as you stick them in your ear. These are robust and you can have a good wiggle in the ear without them folding up on themselves.Could do with being slightly longer - they're clearly for smaller asian hands rather than my shovels!

Yes these aren’t plastic which is good but the stick is so thin, a few have actually snapped in half in my ear, thankfully enough of the tip was poking out so I could rescue it so be warned, use these very gently

Great product just took ages to arrive because coming from China which wasn’t made clear when ordering.
