9900mAh is a flat out lie
Don't buy any 18650 battery that states the mAh rating over 3600mAh because 3600mAh is as high as they make 18650 batteries. If it lists over 3600mAh, you know it's a flat out lie and more than likely it's a lot lower than 3600mAh and more than likely closer to 2000mAh.
