I`m updating my review to five stars because the issue described below in my previous review was resolved by sending a whole new mop. I wasn't expecting that. I love this mop. It looks good in my kitchen and I have been able to clean things that nothing else would clean. I also have a HapyVergo steamer that miraculously cleaned many moons worth of gunk that had accumulated in the grout on the tiles in my kitchen. I love these steamers. I`ll update again with pics and videos.PREVIOUS REVIEW: This thing actually works really well. The problem is it's impossible to get replacement parts or actually contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer only exists on Amazon so you can't talk to them directly. I never recieved the extra part that cleans bedding curtains and lennins. I bought the extra warranty but it did not properly connect to the product so now it's a mission to get Assurion to connect my extended warranty. I want extra mop pads and other accessories that are unavailable for purchase. Eventually this thing will be useless without the extra accessories that ware out faster than the mop...

I like everything all the attachments, you can clean almost everything in the house with this steamer..

Used this product once, worked great. Now have tried to use it again and it won't work. Turns on but nothing. Do not recommend this product.

I like the stand and all the extra attachments, I especially love the color of it. Only downside is the steam that comes out when mopping doesn’t seem to “steam” as much as I like it to. I just got it and used it twice now but I’m considering to return it. Also when you run out of cord and have to unplug then plug it back in elsewhere, I think it kind of wigs it out and you just have to be patient.

The media could not be loaded. Really like this steam cleaner. First it’s easy to setup instructions included if help needed. It’s compact and lightweight. Package includes several accessories needed to make steam cleaner so quick and effective. I steam cleaned a rug and a bedroom and still had water remaining. Took less than 5 minutes to heat up, this steamer cleaner does a great job for small spills or cleaning carpets. Did use to steam bathroom floor and wash tires on my car. Really a good steam cleaner for price. Recommend

Update: The steamer has stopped functioning properly and the steam is not reaching the cleaning pad. This was a replacement steamer as the first one stopped working as well and the company sent me a new one, but now months later this one is also not working.This steamer is one of my favorites. It is easy to use, lightweight, and has many attachments. I love that it came with a stand as well.

This steam cleaner started off as my cleaning sidekick, but now it's starring in a new role: the leaky tank show. For a month, it was like having a mini tornado that polished my floors and even gave my car a once-over. But then, plot twist, the water tank decided to make its own puddles. It’s still a great cleaner, just prepare for some extra cleanup if your mop starts a mini flood. It’s like it’s trying to compete with the very mess it was meant to tackle!
