I recently purchased this barbell primarily for my son's Olympic lifting practice, but also for my own mobility and stretching exercises. It's truly an amazing barbell.Measuring nearly 5ft in length and weighing 1.5kg, it's ideal for beginners who are just starting out with lifting. Additionally, it's excellent for correcting exercise form as it doesn't bend like a PVC pipe and provides much-needed stability.I've opted for the 25mm thickness version considering my son's needs, although they also offer a 28mm thickness option.I believe this barbell will greatly benefit both my son's training regimen and my own fitness journey. highly recommended For everyone.
