Is m6 screw will fit in the hole ?

Yes I think they were six mm screws

None of the reviews I've read mentions that it has a standard vesa mounting system, although it has a four holes on the rear. Best option for you is to get hold of a Echo 15 to measure dimentions and compare with the Suptek bracket. This has the standard 75 x 75 and the 100 x 100 sizes.
