I bought this even after seeing mixed reviews about this product. I think, This is not for daily use because, only after 2 weeks of consumption of 1 tablet everyday for 2 weeks, I had to do blood test (asked by my nutritionist). Result showed too high level vitamin B in body (which is not good). Women: But, 1 good experience is, this tablet did give me & my daughter some relief to period cramps!!! That's why, I have this tablet only during the 1st 4 or 5 days of periods (1 tablet per day). That is, only have this tablet for 5 days a month.
