This is a well built tool
It is well built , but does not fit Volvos, fortunately you can get an inexpensive adjustable adapter that fits. Nice piece, nice price good tool.

The tool is ok.
Around the years of 2000 VW that I know of has the craziness rear brake calibers i ever seen. You got to push in and turn the caliber piston inward at the same time and do it all in time. Good luck if your calibers are old or weathered. (Buy new calibers.) The tool took some abuse and did okay.

This one does NOT fit the Ford Escape.
The reversible round plate that has the nipples that sit in the brake calibers piston that allows the tool to spin the piston to retract it back into the caliber, has 2 different spacing options for the placement of the divits that the nipples sit in. And both options were wrong. How are you gonna sell a tool with 2 options and have them both be wrong. Do better.

Works well . Compact and made well. Made the brake job easy.

Does not work on smaller car calipers
Looks like it would work on larger brake calipers but it does not work on a 2006 Honda Civic rear brake calipers.
