Nice one Very strong machine

The mixer was delivered on 25th Jan. But I started using it only by 10th Feb. The mixer machine is definitely very attractive with a powerful motor too. But sorry to say that the lid of the jar is not at all tight enough. Even after closing the lid tight with a click sound, the chutney which I was grinding in it splattered out on to the tile and wall through the gap between the lid and the jar. First I thought I did not close the lid properly, and so tried again, this time I made sure that the lid is tight enough with the gasket. Switched on the machine, and the same thing happened again, splattering everything on to the wall. The thing is, once the switch is ON, the side of the lid opposite to the handle gets lifted up and everything splashes out. The gasket is not holding the lid properly in position. And there is nothing that I can do to get out of this. Now that, while using the mixer I have to press the lid down tightly to keep it closed. This is really absurd and tiresome. And so I did not like the machine at all.

The locking system for the lid is also poorly designed and very difficult to close properly. If it is not tightened enough, the machine does not work. I really do not understand why they cannot make a product that is simple and easy to use. Overall, it feels like a waste of money and a useless product.

It’s awesome for grinding anything to a smooth powder or paste. Extremely satisfied with the quality as it caters all kitchen grinding needs.

I ordered and next day before afternoon i got it,After unboxing i did use for apple juice and it was very good, as per my expectations mixer grinder is very good.I recommend to them who are interested to cook at home, must be have this kind of stuffI will update more in future after long time of using it

Powerful, smooth and simple design. small in foot print which is much needed for small size kitchen.Safety very good as the mixer doesn't work without lid.

I’m not satisfied with the product quality. I am facing issues with all the jars—the lid’s rubber gasket is loose, causing leakage during grinding and making a mess.
