Relief!
Brilliant oil, really helps with any pain you have. Would highly recommend this.

It works!
Similar to the oil recommended by ayurevedic doctors. I use everyday on my achilles tendons which have chronic damage. It reduces severity and duration of pain after strong exercise. Most days I no longer have any pain. It's not ointment or pain relief.. You have to massage strongly into the area for about a minute or so.

Strong odour
Bought to aid arthritis, odour strong. Not much effect noted after using for several weeks

Arrived broken with oil everywhere on the door step.
possibly a good product, but i will never know because the bottle arrived broken and for the life of me, I can not find a way to ask for a replacement.

Temporary pain relief
I use this on a very painful arthritic knee. It does not cure it but it reduces the pain for a time. I find it so helpful that I make sure I always have a bottle available. I do sometimes struggle to open a new bottle as I have arthritis I my fingers! Otherwise no complaints.

This oil, especially heated up, is enormously comforting to my muscles and soothes pain, stiffness and cramps in my legs. Highly recommend.
