ELLO&ALLO LED Rainfall Waterfall Shower Head Rain Massage System with Body Jets, Stainless Steel Bathroom Shower Panel Tower System, Brushed Nickel

When I remodeled my bathroom, I didn't want just another ordinary shower head and hand held unit. I did my homework comparing all kinds of steam showers and massage units. Ultimately I decided to buy this Ello & Also unit that has all the same features as home spas that cost thousands of dollars. My contractor had no trouble installing it. The mixing valve does an excellent job of keeping the temperature constant. When switching between horizontal jets and overhead rain shower, there might be a momentary drop in temperature but it is only a degree or two not a startling blast of cold. The pressure from the horizontal jets is very good and adjust up & down and side to side so they easily massage my lumbar and thoracic regions. The horizontal shower feels good on my chest and cervical spine but the waterfall feature is my favorite for massaging my shoulders and neck. The rainfall is ample and the handheld gets whatever the other jets miss. I think it is a great value and the hydroelectric blue lighting is a nice touch especially for a dimly lit evening shower. Very relaxing. Not only am I enjoying it but a visiting cousin LOVED it so much that he ordered the same unit for his home.

I’m a shower snob. I’ll almost always pay more for a hotel just based on what I know about their shower heads. So, when we remodeled our master bath, I was on a mission to find the absolute perfect shower head. Found it! This system, with its multiple settings and very sleek look, is everything I wanted. We love the temperature control and watching the LED screen get up to temperature is just flat cool. The main setting we use is the overhead “rain” setting. I was quite nervous the first time I turned it on because I have to have the water pressure strong to really like it. I was ecstatic to feel the water beating down on my head! The “massage” part of the description is accurate. The waterfall setting is awesome as well. I’ve found combinations I really love. As an added bonus ( if you want to call it that) I’ve had to give my dog a bath after a muddy romp in the back yard. The handle and hose feature made that much much easier than the old bath tub method. I thought the blue LED lights were a bit overkill in the cool department until I found the best use for them. Was a long day, feeling like crap and wanted a hot shower. Bathroom Lights off and only the blue shower LEDs on. Most relaxing shower of my life. Just so no one thinks I work for the manufacturer, I will say that most will find that the handheld wand and middle jets feel cheap. They’re made of plastic and will remind you why this cost around $200 instead of $500. Function is just fine though. I’ve seen reviews say the LED lights work on a battery that can only be changed by taking the system off the wall. Um...no. There’s a turbine inside hooked to a tiny generator that uses water power to charge and light up the lights. Not exactly sure how that works but it sure is cool! It’s been about a month now that we’ve had it and I love this thing! If we ever sell this house, it’s coming with me! (Probably not, but I’d buy another one.) I suppose if something happens down the road I’ll update this review, but this shower snob is one happy dude! JANUARY 17, 2020 It's just over a year since we purchased this unit and it has sprung a leak. Water sprayed everywhere in our shower and down the wall behind where it was mounted. I get it, things happen. BUT after three attempts to reach the company and two discussions with Amazon, I've had no solution. The product says it has a two year warranty and I'm well within that. Emails have gone unreturned and the phone number for customer service is in China and not a working number. This was awesome while it lasted, but the pain in the butt this has been might just overshadow how much I liked this unit.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Bought this shower tower for $300 (NOT CHEAP!) and few months after the installation (in 2019) the display and led lights stopped functioning. I kinda moved on from that and tried to survive with the shower, however, after about 1.5 years the water started to come out spraying in all the way as shown in the attached video and this have decreased a lot the pleasantness of taking a shower. Few days ago the little item of the heat control handle broke and at that point I was so done with this shower tower. I am very disappointed as this came with a premium cost but it is not reflected in the quality. I strongly encourage to NOT BUY this shower tower!

Bought this shower panel when remodeling my bathroom 3 years ago. Product was packaged well. Instructions need improving but I was able to install with no problem. Upper LED lights have never worked but I didn’t have the luxury of returning the product and waiting for a replacement. Still works well and overall a good product.

We LOVE the Ello&Allo Shower panel. OH MY GOODNESS. This is an under statement. The water generated electric LED display with water temp and blue lights are amazing and works very nicely. Instead of having to stick ur hand in the water to determine if the hot water is up to ur temperature, u just look at ur LED. The shower heads are great with lots of pressure. We did not install the flow restrictor provided. We had previously had a shower panel and the heat/water control had rusted locked. So we knew we should find a system with a brass manifold. This panel seems to be put together to prevent rusting. Time will tell. Can‘t be more pleased with the two sprayer controls and water coverage. Generally I’m not a shower person but I love to take a shower with this panel. Regards

Called a plumber to inquire about installation, $800, which is more than price of unit. Did have to remove some existing tiles in the shower, and also had to remove the existing shower hookups and install separate hot and cold hook ups. Some elbow grease and 2 shark bite male elbows to connect to the new unit (cost $20.00) replace tiles and I was able to do this myself. This unit is AMAZING. i am very glad I decided to do the install and not pay a plumber.

Excelente compra llego a tiempo solo un detalle si necesita una bomba de presión para q pueda servir correctamente por q sin esa bomba si sale el agua pero no con demasiada presión cómo se requiere
