Not only does this cutting board look nice and clean in our kitchen but the best part of this product are the cutting ‘sheets’ that come with it, and are stored inside. They come in an array of colors and are labeled for what you should/could use it for…like one sheet is for beef, another for fish, bread, veggies, etc.. What’s great about these sheets, which would be better described as a thicker, but bendable plastic, which allows you to chop everything, and then just slightly bend the sheet and all the food slides right into your pot or pan, without spilling and making a mess. A cutting board might not be the sexiest item in the kitchen, but it definitely has made prepping and cooking meals for my family much more enjoyable for me. 100% recommended.

This is a great product, works exactly as advertised. It's clever and has made mise en place so much easier. The wooden part is sturdy and does not slip around on my counter. I used to use just the plastic cutting inserts previously, but that board slipped around everywhere and never really gripped on my counter. This product is a great solution to that. Plus, you can just leave it on your counter when you're not using it, and it looks professional and sleek. And because you're cutting on the plastic inserts, the board is very easy to keep clean. The one thing that occurred to me after a few weeks of use is that it's not easy to cut multiple things simultaneously--but I just bought a second board to make up for that!

This is a well manufactured kitchen utensil. The bambo cutting board is sturdy and with the rubber feet it stays put on the counter top. The flexible cutting mats stay in place while in use and the holding slot is perfect. I can now toss all my old boards away as the flex mats are better and sweet jesus it is so easy to transfer cut foods to a cooking dish or serving tray. Bonus -- its a space saver!

I usually use color coded boards in the hospital and higher education settings so this board seemed like a good pick for home. When it first came out of the box I felt it was a bit small but good for limited spaced counter tops. The different colored sheets it stores seemed to fit pretty well and clean-up was a breeze, and my vegetarian wife was happy I could have a non-meat cutting mat for her vegetables.Since the novelty has worn off, some of the mats, which are very thin, have had the white food markings washed off and three of them have bowed or warped to the point that they won't stay down on the board. Also, the bamboo gets water stained from wiping off the mats.My plan is to take my old Boos butcher block to the wood-shop and sand it down and reinstate it back into service.I wouldn't buy this one again. Sorry.

In keeping with the old adage, this curating board is truly “the right tool for the job”. Not only that, it combines my two favorite features, form and function. I love the look and idea of a wooden cutting board, but worry about food contamination. Plastic boards add the risk of micro plastic contamination. This board solves both issues! The beautiful bamboo is more microbe resistant than wood and the ingeniously hidden silicone cutting surface covers end the worry of cross contamination and the inconvenience of washing the surface between cutting different food groups. I never thought I could be so effusive about a cutting board, but I LOVE this one!!!

I love that you get different cutting boards for beef, chicken, fish, veggies and fruit and that they're dishwasher safe. I just received them but I have used them a lot already. Such a great concept. I feel like before I was always washing my cutting board multiple times doing meal prep, not anymore just move on to the next item so nice.

This is so well engineered. There are rubber stoppers on the bottom it does not move, even when pushed. and there is a carved out place holder for the mats, genius. They also stay put. The perfect size. And the storage compartment for the 6 mats is brilliant. No more trying to work with two or three cutting boards or having to scrub between items. If you like to cook and have a small kitchen or know someone who does, this checks all the boxes.

I wasn’t even looking to buy another cutting board but was intrigued with what the product claimed to offer. So I purchased this board and thinking why am I buying yet another cutting board. I have several and not one is anything to write about because each has issues. To be honest I really didn’t want to spend that much for a another cutting board because their always the same andI didn’t think I could get excited over a cutting board but I love love it and have no regrets and no longer need all my other boards.The size is perfect and the bamboo is lovely and with the little rubber feet on the bottom it doesn’t move while cutting and prepping for your meals. The game changer are these 6 additional plastic cutting boards that are nicely tucked inside and are pre marked for different food items to use to prevent cross contamination so no more washing or pulling out another board for a different item to prep. Unbelievable time saver and the mats are just flexible enough to bend and makes transferring to your pot or bowl so much easier. It’s great that when you’re done cutting your meat/fish all you need to do is pull out a clean board.Finally I’m done with a cabinet of multiple cutting boards and have just one with 7 cutting surfaces.I’m very happy with the purchase and recommend this product hands down.
